Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the VP of eCommerce for a luxury goods manufacturer in the U.S. We design, manufacture, and sell sunglasses from our headquarters in Massachusetts.

The Challenge

For what projects/services did your company hire MOBIKASA, and what were your goals?
We hired Mobikasa to be our complete development partner for all projects and ongoing maintenance. These projects range from overhauling our inventory catalog configuration to building unique page designs, to fixing lingering issues we've developed over the years.

The Approach

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We researched Shopify support partners and found about a dozen to reach out to. I met with 6 or 8 agencies and went through a proper proposal process. I decided on Mobikasa based on their work portfolio, their demeanor and professionalism, and their offerings.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We have multiple stores on different Shopify instances that sell similar, but unique products. Mobikasa has helped us build new pages, identify inefficiencies, and address those inefficiencies. Mobikasa has come to us proactively with solutions as well.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Most of my interactions have been between the onboarding team and the ongoing team. The onboarding team was knowledgeable about Mobikasa's offerings and were transparent on what they do well and what they aren't as well equipped to do. The ongoing team has been fantastic. We aren't as organized as a client as we should be and Mobikasa has been more than accommodating when we throw something in sideways.

The Outcome

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We launched a new product and campaign on time even with delays from our (client) side.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Mobikasa has been flexible in their communication methods. We prefer a particular ticketing system and Mobikasa now uses that. We have asked for specific updates via email. Mobikasa has delivered what we've asked for.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The responsiveness from the team has been the most impressive part of our relationship. I'm also pleased with Mobikasa's willingness to learn new products that we require from our side.
